November 16, 2024, Notice of General Assembly and Homecoming Day (updated on Nov 12, 2024)

NAIST will hold its Homecoming Day on Saturday, Nov. 16, during the NAISPO! NAIST EXPO 2024. Homecoming Day this year will be held both online and onsite at NAIST. 
We look forward to seeing you on campus, online, from Japan and around the world.

(Participating method): 
1. Onsite at NAIST (Meeting room on the 2nd floor of the Administration Bureau for the Alumni General Assembly and the informal meeting with the Executive Directors, and Kenshu Hall on the 1st floor of Interdisciplinary Frontier Research Complex No.2 for the Alumni Reunion Party)

2. Online  ※We will send you the meeting URL in advance.

1. Alumni General Assembly 10:15-11:00 [Agenda]

2. Informal Meeting with the Executive Directors 11:00-12:00 

3. Alumni Reunion Party 12:10-14:00　（Only onsite）
