  • Regular member benefits

    NAA regular members shall have the following benefits. Join us to enjoy these.

    • Regular members may receive preferential treatment in job-hunting support projects for students.
    • Regular members are eligible for various awards.
    • Regular members are eligible for financial support to host an Alumni gatherings.
    • The alumni system allows you to search for graduates (OBs, OGs, etc. who have joined companies).
    • Various information and announcements may be posted on the NAA website or sent using the mailing list.

  • About membership

    Regular members are those who have graduated from Nara Institute of Science and Technology, or who have been or are enrolled in Nara Institute of Science and Technology, have registered for membership, and have been approved by the Board of Directors. In addition, a NAIST domain email address is required for registration in the NAA member management system (PalSyne). The membership fee must be paid in full to recieve regular member benefits.

  • 1) Obtaining a NAIST email address

    Please register on NAIST Permanent Email Forwarding Service (http://lifetime.naist.jp/).
    * If you are currently using a NAIST domain email address, please proceed to 2).

  • 2) Registration to PalSyne, the NAA member management system

    Please register from PalSyne (https://apply.palsyne.net/u-naist/register.aspx). When registering, you will need a NAIST domain address, such as a NAIST email address.

  • 3) Membership fee payment

    • The lifetime membership fee is 20,000 yen. This is a one-time lifetime fee with no incur additional fees required. Please deposit the amount to the following account.
      * Please be sure to include 1) your name and 2) enrollment year in the communication field (eg Kiyoshi Kiyokawa 2021).
