Notice of Special General Assembly

To all members of NAIST Alumni Association

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of NAIST. In order to further revitalize the activities of the NAIST Alumni Association, we would like to add new board members. As the addition of a board member requires an approval at a General Assembly, we would like to hold a Special General Assembly online.

During the following deliberation period, we would like to hear your opinions not only on this agenda but also on various other matters.
